esap.pro is an independent information service. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by or operated by the European Securities and Markets Authority (ESMA), the European Banking Authority, the European Insurance and Occupational Pensions Authority, the European Commission, the European Parliament, the Council of the European Union, any national competent authority, officially appointed mechanism or collection body. The official European Single Access Point is established by Regulation (EU) 2023/2859 and operated by ESMA. Nothing on this site is an official publication of any EU institution or authority.

Ethicalc has no commercial relationship with any provider of filing software, filing-agent services or collection-body services, and receives no payment from any company for coverage on this site.

Names and trademarks

"ESAP" and "European Single Access Point" designate the EU access point established by Regulation (EU) 2023/2859 and are used on this site descriptively. Names and logos of EU institutions and authorities belong to those bodies. "esap.pro" and "Ethicalc" and the associated logos are used by Ethicalc sp. z o.o.; they may not be reproduced without written permission. Other names mentioned on this site belong to their respective owners.
